Coaching Style

Our coaching is not for those looking for a quick fix, a fad diet, or a short term change. We are looking to help those committed to making a permanent lifestyle change because they WANT to and NEED to. All of our programs are science based and are specifically designed to fit each client’s individual lifestyle. We offer a variety of different programs which all focus on creating a balance between nutrition, exercise, and the life you want to live!

So, what happens now?

In order to begin your journey with METABOLICSbyMG, you will first be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. We will utilize your questionnaire to determine the path we need to take to proceed towards your goals. We are here to walk you through exactly how your week went, what we need to improve on, and what we see happening based on your biofeedback.

We offer a variety of different training and nutrition programs:

Training (workout) Program only

Nutrition (detailed weekly meal plan) Program only

Macro Nutrition (detailed weekly meal plan with your macros) Program Only

One Time Macro Consultation

Macro Coaching Program Only

All Inclusive Program (combination of the nutrition program & training program)

All vary with the level of accountability and financial investment. No individual is the same and therefore each person requires different things.

· I understand this is a 4 week program, and I can resign or cancel after 4 weeks knowing that if I come back pricing and availability could be different

· I understand that my plan is individual to me and should not be shared

· I understand that the METABOLICSbyMG Team will personally answer any and all of my questions via email within 24-48 hours

Exercise plan that is specific to you and what you’re trying to achieve. Whether it be to lose body fat, build muscle, transform, or to just enhance your workouts, then this package will benefit you!

NUTRITION PROGRAM

Nutrition coaching tailored to your body and individual goals. This program includes guidance on how to properly fuel your body. Decrease body fat, increase muscle, transform, or learn and practice a healthier lifestyle. Consistency starts with nutrition and a positive mindset!

ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM

Exercise and nutrition plan that is unique to help you attain your goals. It does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced. This plan is designed to hold you accountable both physically and mentally!
